Baked Herb & Garlic Drumsticks

I use to have chicken drumsticks all the time as a child. My mom made soy sauce drumsticks and I remember getting overly excited every time. Maybe it’s just me but drumsticks are fun to eat! I enjoy holding it by the handle and eating off the bone!

Chicken drumsticks are also easier to bake without drying out unlike chicken tenders or breast. I like to keep the skin on because it gets crispy which helps keep the meat tender while the bones help enhance flavor. Same goes with wings!

I have my usual chicken recipes because they’re easy and quick to make – but I decided to venture out with this one. I’m so glad I did because this easily makes it to the top of my list of chicken recipes for sure! I’ll be incorporating more chicken drumsticks into my meals now.
