Welcome to my new ‘how-to’ series! While brainstorming new things I could introduce to you all on this blog, I came up with this. The ‘how-to’ series is what I am calling it. The ‘how-to’ series will consist of lots of pasta-making techniques like this. The goal is to publish one how-to a month so that I can not only expand your pasta dictionary, but mine too.
When I was younger, my stepmom used to make spaghetti with this kind of pasta. She would call them bow-ties. I LOVED bow-tie night. She used boxed Farfalle, Ragu and lots of black pepper. It was my favorite so Farfalle noodles are pure nostalgia for me.
